POOL PARTY!!!!!A little background info: Some residents of Lincoln Tower on the Ohio State campus decided that since the air conditioning does about as much good as an acid bath to cool their bodies they would build alternative methods to cool down. One such popular method involved constructing a pool out of the adjacent showers that pointed toward each other. All that was involved in this "water holding container" was taking a large Adriaticos (only the best pizza ever) pizza box, some trash bags from the trash room, and some duct tape and creating a water-tight wall across the entrance. The cool thing is that the cardboard/plastic/duct tape wall held really well (even if it didn't there was a drain in the middle of the extra large bathroom for the water to escape). The un-cool thing is the tile walls in the showers didn't hold water all so well, thus leaking out into the common living room area, going unnoticed (since no one was out there) until I decided to walk out to get some water from the water fountain. Below is some crappy pictures from my first ever CMOS camera with no flash that took only 320x240 pictures....
Hey looks what happens the next time we made a pool! And the next morning no one could even tell what happened.... whew! (and no we weren't drunk!) Next time... the wall of ice! |
